Terms of Service
1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or accessing StockCount Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or legal entity, you represent that you possess the authority to bind such entity.
2. License & Acceptable Use
StockCount Pro grants your enterprise a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application for physical inventory counting, barcode/QR reading, and ERP synchronization. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to compromise the security of the application.
3. Offline Mode & Data Synchronization
While StockCount Pro includes robust offline queue protection, the user is responsible for ensuring device connectivity to complete sync operations before uninstalling or clearing application storage.
4. Limitation of Liability
StockCount Pro is provided "as is". While we implement strict calculation algorithms for sheet metal weights, profile lengths, and recursive Phantom BOM explosion, the enterprise remains responsible for reviewing inventory reconciliation before posting final ERP slips.
